what is your favorite software to tune your stock civic with?

im saying ur not tuners bc u put a lip kit rims and u basically done with the body of ur cars ive jus decided not to tell you want ive done under the hood will its done and tuning is doin the whole car not jus the engine

 

no, tuning specifically pertains only to the engine and drivetrain...

putting a body kit on your car is called body work

Agreed. Sorry if we come off like ********, but we really don't like it when someone joins the forum and then tries to tell us how to mod our cars, and then tries to say that doing body work makes you a tuner, and that performance mods don't make you a tuner. Truth is, neither makes you a tuner, but doing the performance aspect is surely closer to tuning than body work. Stick around the forum, we need new members. Just when someone calls your car rice, it's best to just ignore it and move on rather than responding aggressively, because you won't win here in an argument about what is rice.


And anyone who won't say what's under the hood is just trying to make false pretenses. (in otherwords, making it seem like they have something good when they don't). The last guy who refused to show me what's under his hood said he had intake manifold, intake, header, and exhaust, and then wanted to race me. I agreed to race and then he told me he didn't have enough gas. Then him and his friends decided they were going to drive to Taco Bell (about 7 miles away). Sounds like he was lying to me. All he had was a muffler.
If you have anything under the hood, just let us know... it'll gain you some respect so I don't understand why you wouldn't show us.

 

 

ok understood but i didnt join the forum tellin ppl how to tune there cars ppl started calling my car rice but the way i see it is how can u call my car rice jus bc i decided to go one step further than yall did i like making my car about me not about the latest trend weather it be jdm or wat i like my car for wat it is so maybe yall should think twice about wats rice i mean the 3 ft oversized spoilers the outrageous widebody kits i mean yea my car might be a little rice but my body kit and spolier all match and flow with my car and doesnt break any lines and yet u put lowering springs on ur car but i put air bags on my car and u call it rice and im not responding aggressively here im having a ball laughing at all this you can tell that by the e thug pic i posted lol

 

The reason people on this forum put lips on their cars is not because of a trend, it's because that's what many members here like for themselves and body kits are what you like for yourself. The problem is a stereotype against people who put body kits on their cars because more often than not the body kits don't flow and the cars look retarded. Your car certainly isn't my style but I agree it does have a general theme and not just random stuff. I give you props for that. There needs to be an understanding between you and us: we don't put lips on our car because of trends, and you aren't the average guy with a body kit.

Oh and some pointers for future mods on your car, I would get some nice dark tint, and put a shift boot on your auto shift console. I have one in my for sale thread that i'll give you for free if you pay for shipping, and i'll give you the e-brake boot for it too. They're used and not in mint condition, they have some scratches, but you could clean them up nicely. Let me know if you want them and let me know your zip code if you want it so I can tell you how much shipping will be. (it'll be under $4 most likely).

 

well im not trying to be a dic either but i am just giving you a head that most ppl on this forum are intoo the jdm look....like my car for example look somewhat stock but theres 8k in it. thats just what were into we all have our opinions. you think are cars are retarded and we think urs is so it all evens out lol
