Also ordered some clear headlights? Are they good quality and are they easy to install?
And a grill. Same questions as the ones above lol sorry just want to know.

Grill/Headlights Will be CAKE even if your a 15 year old female :P

but the fogs on the other hand..... you must cut a hole in your bumper and wire them up.......

what year civic is all these going on?

grill and headlight goes hand in hand. Remove the bumper, couple of screws and bolts. Remember for the headlights to get some clear silicone and seal them up to prevent water leaks.

as for the fog lights it may be a little more complicated. Basic knowledge of wiring and depending on year may need to cut the bumper. or wait i think all require a bit of cutting the front bumper. I got OEM style fogs and have been using them for a year or two, still good as new.

Well i just recently put in OEM ebay fogs on my car and yes took me and my handy Honda friend around 2.5 hours to do so. The bumper cutting is tough even with an outline and correct equipment. I found the wiring easy, but I warn you to take your time because its pretty complicated.
