I wouldn't mind an s2k, but the hardtops are hard (impossible) to find. Actually, I almost did get an s2k, but it would've meant selling both my bike and the civic to afford it ($13k), so I passed on it. Oh well, someday I'll own one (actually, I'll probably say screw it and get a Lotus Elise... it'll take a few years to pay it off, but Lotus's are bada**).

And I see two downfalls for the mack truck turbo: 1) It would probably be 3k or 4k rpm before it hit full boost and 2) I doubt it would even fit in the engine bay without moving things around.

I'd like to use something extremely common like a 14b, but those are way, waaaay too small for a mustang. I'm thinking either a 16g or 20g will be a little bit better.

You're really going to have to modify the engine bay to fit that thing in.

But 3k or 4k RPM isn't bad at all to hit full boost.

Lotus' also have a tendency to fall apart after a few years. My friend's dad had one.

My civic redlined at 7200 with its little single cam. I'm currently driving an '01 Mustang . Oh, and you want to talk stratospheric revs? My cbr goes all the way to 14,400rpm; it'll hit 72mph before I have to shift to 2nd.
