Default What is the name of this exterior part?

Hi guys, im new and would greatly appreciate it if any 1 could help me find out the name of the part in the picture. My sister ran into something and now there is a big rust dent in that part only and it seems as if you can take it out and replace it since it is fairly small.

Thank you guys so much!

Here is the pic, i outline the part.

It's called a skirt, L. RR. Panel (Upper). (#21) Make sure you get the right year part.

I thought it was called a quarter panel extension... O.o

And I'd hit up your local salvage yard and see if you can find one in the same color for $5 or something.

That is what the call them at the dealer. For mine it was $35 for a new OEM one at the dealer.
Like Itinerant said if you can find one the same color go for that.
If not nothing beats OEM from the dealer.
