nah thats an ek, the eg tail lights are the other way (amber on top, red on bottom), plus the "civic" is a little different, and... you can just tell haha all in all its an ek

 

Thank you so much guys!, i found the part online but ill take your advice and try to look in the junkyard for the same color one so I dont have to paint it =D and it should be cheaper. Thank you again, you guys really helped!
