Default What should i do to my 94 civic?

I just recently bought a 94 civic and am think to make it look better. I got this car for the gas milage so no performance part that will hurt that. I just mabey want new head/tail lights... post what you think i should get. I am on a budget so nothing top of the line. but brand names will be good.

I think wheels/tires make the biggest impact, New, lower coils also change the look quite a bit. Beware of big, cheap wheels, though. They will sap your wheel horsepower, big time.

rims, without a doubt. Just keep them lightweight; no 19" chromes lol... maybe a body kit, headlights, carbon fiber hood, altezza taillights (if you're into that kind of stuff), etc. Also, you can put on a basic i/h/e (intake/header/exhaust) for some mild preformance gains without sacrificing fuel economy. Actually, i/h/e should gain a little gas mileage.
