1. Don't get 18s.
2. Don't spend that much money.

Shop around some more for the rims, maybe online instead of in person. Same with tires. Keep in mind that you should be able to get your tires mounted and balanced for about $80, if you decide to get the rims and tires from separate places.

yeah go with 16's or 17's....18's are just more expensive, potholes = dents in rim, and just plain look too big on a civic
