yea in cali, the legal limit on the front 2 windows is 70%, which is actually perfectly clear, its just a UV protection thing, so realistically, the legal tint is NOTHING...no big deal though just roll your windows down near cops

 

shop tint FTW, get a warranty on it to incase it peels or gets scratched

i would highly recommend against the walmart tint too, and i probably would do it in the summer with you. Winter isnt really car season anyway, and itsnot like things are getting really warm and you need to keep the sunlight out (one of the reasons some people get tint), and the glue will set better if it isnt -17 out man

 

lol ya man ill wait for summer, im pretty sure tint on the front windows is illegal where i live but ill just get a lighter tint in front

ive always said the rear window tinting law is BS........
why not black that sucker out..... they say cause the cops cant see ya..... well SO WHAT ABOUT THOSE WORK TRUCKS, SEMIS, LARGE VANS..... THAT DONT EVEN HAVE BACK GLASSES.....

I am thinking about getting my windows tinted as well and I am in Ohio does anyone know if the cops are that strict? I'm thinking about going 15% on the rear windows and back window and between 35-45% on the fronts

 

here in Michigan, you cant have ANY tint on the front, not even like 75% lol but you can literally spray paint the back windows so you cant see through at all (haha theres a guy up here that did that for real)
