I'm pretty sure that means that you can only have 70% tint (I'm also in PA, and that was the impression I had). 30% tint means that only 30% of the light goes though, so it wouldn't be the same.

 

yea i believe thats all that tint shops will do but its lighter on drivers side .i had 30 on my car years ago got pulled over 4 times and lost one court battle. so if the cop wants to be a ***** he can still ticket you.

 

70% tint in pa is the legal limit...i already got pulled over for it, because mine is 15

 

yes in pa the darkest you can go is 70% which is light as sh*t
