Wiring the halos
Ok so i did a search for this first and didnt find anything that helped... The halos come with a huge harness, has 2 female ends for the right and left light, and a third male end to connect to one of the female ends that the car provides ( i used the passengers side since the battery is on that side). Now the halo has one set of red and black wires for the halo rings, and another set for a third light in the assembly... both just for looks i guess and i will wire them to switches in the cab... now the harness for the lights goes up through a good amount of fuses and boxes and what not, and has two fuses with red wires... where do those red wires connect???
wtf my halos just came with a red and black wire on both headlights...and all i did was run the red and black from the passanger to the driver headlight...then i ran the red wires to the switch..and the blacks to a ground...then ran a wire from the battery to the switch...this is my secound pair and they work fine when i wire them like that.....
Ok here are some pictures...
First the front and back of the Halo itself...
