I need to replace part 34300-SNB-013 on my 2006 Civic Hybrid mirror in order to pass inspection. I am looking for help with instructions on how to do it myself.

the above link shows the mirror assembly and the part which is the right hand turn signal light I need to replace, any help would be appreciated greatly, Joe
