This is sad, really. Id hate to be in the mans position... can you imagine what it would be like knowing your child is dieing and you rush to see it and then get a felony charge!? [X(]

if they charged me with battery going to my sons side after the told me he was dying i would show them battery i wish i knew that cops e-mail address he would get some hate mail lets see if that cop would settle down if that was his daughter

I know this is an old post but this is ****ing ridiculous. i can inderstand their reasoning about the stressful situation getting worse that that is ****ing ridicoulous. I would have killed someone if that ghappened to me.

thats f**king so retarded! there was no crime, his daughter was dieing and he was rushing to see her. now what would happen if the cop had stopped him and she died in the meantime? screw that, get real
