well that is what...38mph over!!! if it was 2 mph more, then it would have been a felony, if your laws are the same as here in montana? but you should expect atleast a 200.00 fine, if you get it defered, cause when i got my first defered it was 20 over, and that cost me about 110.00, so... but you should not get your license taken away, because it isnt a felony.

SWEET!!! I'm not as worried now about my 21 mph over the limit.

Hondaracer05, I heard Montana doesn't have posted speed limits. Is that the case?

30Kph over the limit on PEI is automatically 6 poiunts out of 12 taken off your licence and a $200(i think) fine, and once you have lost all 12 points then you lose you licence

That much over the speed limit is reckless driving offence anywhere. Losing the license depends on what else is in his driving history.

Doing 108 in an economy car:

(Yes I know it isn't a civic)

Maybe losing your liscence isn't such a bad idea []

But seriously, if the court is lenient, which they might be depending on your record. Kind of think about slowing it down, you lose control going that fast there is no telling how many people you are going to take with you.
