Numbers matching, no major rust dammage I'd say around $8,000 to $12,000 depending alot on the rpo codes from it. I just sold a 64 Impala that was not matching numbers but in absolutely great shape for $13,000. Also if you plan on selling it to satisfy a urge to buy a 4cyl sport compact I'd keep ahold of it because those cars gain value every year and are a awsome investment to hang on to. I sold mine to by a 00 Vette because I have been a fan on the C5's sense 97, sometimes I wished I didn't do it...........but then I go tear up some country roads in the Vette and I am happy again
