bullsh!t
yea thanx 4 that link agn...i put it under "favorites" lol i did a light overview of it all just to get the basic jist of it.......the only thing im really worried about is the value of my word, from everyone ive talked to recently, basically if the cop is present and its my word against his, hes gonna win regardless of what i have prepared.....
well i have an update on yet another thing............i drove down the road i was speeding on, hoping to see the cop because i wanted to kno where he was hiding...but no luck however i went up and down the street both ways looking for sign-age of any sort.....there were absolutly no signs, especially no speed limit signs......now i kno that its 30 in a residential and have no problem with him saying thats what it was, however on the ticket he circled "posted" under speed limit.......what is wrong with this cop??? everything on this ticket is a lie, its absolutly ridiculous, im going to see if i can video tape the entire street and show where i got pulled over in regards to the street....i think if i do that there is no way the judge could say im wrong.........
I had something similar happen to me about 3 or 4 years ago, I think I was 18. I was taking my buddy and hislittle sister back tothere house and was at a stop sign wanting to turn left. I see a cop going the direction that Ineeded to go and he was aways back so I knew I had enough distance to go but low and behold the cop flys up on me and pulls me over. He immediately goes into ***** mode and starts lecturing me about reckless driving and what not. We seriously are there for about 10 mins while he just wont stop being a dick. Then he looks into my car and sees a airfresher on my rearview mirror. He writes me a ticket for obstructed view. He wrote me a ticket for something completely opposite of what he pulled me over for. The only reason he was there for such a long time was to try and find something he could cit me for.I lost all respect for cops that day.
something freakishly similar happened to me a while ago. A cop came out of nowhere, said he clocked me doing double the limit. I got a traffic ticket lawyer to fight it for me...got out of it completly along with a failure to obey charge, all i had to do was pay a ticket for expired registration. definatly pay the 500-600$ for the lawyer because you increase in insurance alone if you are charged would be that in a year possibly. cops are just ******.
well i researched it and my first offense is a freebie...it doesnt go on my insurance record so to speak, it goes on there but notto up the cost...........so the lawyer would b a waste of cash, quite frankly with all this bull im pretty sure i could do it without one....
NoI didnt bother to fight it. He got me for a stupid michigan law and I figured it would be a waste of time to fight the cop. Also that cop is well known in the area for being a total ***. Thank god he got fired from the force a year later, made me happy
