Febreeze Fabric Spray on the seats, A healthy shot of Ozium in the air, then slam all the doors shut and let it sit for an hour. Car will smell great for weeks, even if you smoke.

I use febreeze for autos and I smells good and gets rid of any smell in the car.

I like the febreeze to pretty much remove smells and leave a fresh sent but for freshners i use the little trees and use Black Ice, i lik it alot and Blue Ice is pretty good.

My car smells like lithium grease...I guess it's time to wash all the HVAC components and change the cabin air filter...
