The razr is a piece of chit. A royal piece of chit. Ive heard a lot of good things about the Chocolate though.
the Chocolate is about the only phone you can get from verizon now that's NOT a flip phone. [&:]
I know a lot of people who had problems with the early RAZRs, but the newer ones seem to be better.

i keep hearing "the chocolate is good, and the razr used to suck"...

chaseman, i had a LG right now...what is the LG equivalent to the raazr?

the chocklate is sick, im lookign at mine right now, i love it, it has a gig, soo ncie, bluetooth is key for driving and talking buddy. get a bluetooth phone and a wireless earpiece the safest u can have for driving and talking,

i have a headset for when im driving...but keep in mind that i work from home...so i very seldom make calls while driving.

i have cingular service, all my phones in the past were nokia, and none of them ever gave me one single problem. my new phone is a sony w600i, cool phone but i an on my 3rd one. one fell apart and was under warrenty, the other i threw at a wall when i got pissed. but i never had a problem with any nokia phones, but most nokias are not flip phones.

i have cingular and i have the samsung sgh-d807 it is a slide phone it slides up and down it has a big screen it has camere with zoom, video camera with zoom, an mp3 player, and you can put a memory card in the side of it like ej1rider said it only cost me 20 dollars for like a 30G memory card.

20 buks for a 20 gig WOH. dude my old phone is a nokia 6103 flip it was ok i do not recomend gettign it though

Well i dont know what everyone is talking about with the razr. Ive had mine for a year and couldn't be happier for a combination of price, size, style, and function. It only cost like 30 bucks with a plan and ive had no problems whatsoever with great voice quality and great reception. I don't know what horrible experiences these people are talkign about-nothing but good from me just to add to your info.
