RE: cell phone advice.
You don't want a Verizon Razr... the firmware is crap. You probably don't want an LG or Verizon brand either. I'd go with a Nokia, Motorola (non razr) or a PDA/Smart Phone. The Motorola Q looks sweet.
It's sweedish...

the Chocolate is about the only phone you can get from verizon now that's NOT a flip phone. [&:]
I know a lot of people who had problems with the early RAZRs, but the newer ones seem to be better.

The problems I've heard of with the RAZR were not about it's performance, but rather it's durability. My buddy has been through two of them already. One was in his pocket at a concert, and died due to the moisture from his leg sweat, as minimal as it was.
The other one, while in his pocket, cracked while he was getting into his car
Moral of the story, if you're like me and put your phones through a fair amount of abuse, don't get the razr

yea my friend was writing a text message and he dropped it from like 3ft of the ground and it snapped in half. he got another one and if you closed it too hard it would shut off and not come back on for like 4 hours.
