Second letter is to the CEO of Chilis LOL They might just throw me they keys to the store.
Dear Ms Julee White,
My name is Pete Cupo, and recently I received your response from the letter I had sent you. As you may or may not remember, my letter was regarding the unacceptable service I had received at the Chili’s in the Chicago Airport.
I wrote you that letter to let you know how disgusted I was with my service, and how it will most likely prevent me from visiting a Chili’s restaurant ever again. Myself, along with family and friends, tend to dine out approximately 4 times a week. I have received poor service at different restaurants, but never have I received such poor accommodations from a Guest Relations Manager. Quite honestly, my friend and I feel as if we didn’t spend 60$ that night, it was an absolute complete waste. I am quite insulted that a huge cooperation such as Chili’s thinks that 10 compensation dollars is going to cause me to return to one of their restaurants. Quite honestly, it makes me realize how your company doesn’t value their customers. I have enclosed the ten compensation dollars that you sent me, because honestly saving ten dollars isn’t going to make me want to return to Chili’s. I would love to give Chili’s Restaurant a second chance, which can happen, as long as Chili’s is willing to extend their invitation to resume this complication. My family and friends are aware of my bad experience, and I would love to tell them how Chili’s handled it correctly, even if it took them two times.
Dear Mr. Todd E. Diener,
My name is Pete Cupo, and possibly a former Chili’s customer. Not too long ago I had the most horrific dining experience, and as sad as it is, it happened at a Chili’s. This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. We were severly rushed, and told to “relax” upon questioning a staff member. Quite honestly, the experience was pathetic and unacceptable. My friend and I spoke with the manager at the O’Hare Chili’s, but he was of no help, so we left the restaurant completely dissatisfied, and decided to email the guest relations manager Ms. Julee White. We decided that everyone makes mistakes, and we would allow Chili’s to make up for it. Upon receiving her response, I began to think that Chili’s was sorry for the experience, and was going to make it up to us, as it would assure our future dining experiences with them. However, as soon as I saw the “Compensation” they deemed appropriate for our unacceptable experience, we were proved wrong.
I felt it was necessary to write to you regarding this experience, as all other routes seem to be a waste of my time. Quite honestly, I feel as if Chili’s does not value me as a customer, and with the numerous dining options out there, it would be easy to stay away from Chili’s, as well as recommending my family and friends do the same. I would really like to give Chili’s a second chance, and upon Chili’s invitation, I would be more than happy to. I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to read this letter. Thank you very much.

The only place i've eaten at when im at O'Hare is McDonalds. But i live right by so i usually show up on time and don't spend enough time to sit and eat at a restaurant. I've eaten at Heathrow (London) a couple times before and never found a problem there. But it was pretty much fast food.
^ that was what i was thinking, i found the second a little underdetailed, you should explain the situation a little more in depth... but if you go TOO far then the person may just get boared and not finish the letter and toss it
chilis is a really good restuarant and the one we got to has nothing but the hottest girls in town, so even if there service was sh*t we still got a pretty good show. lol
