i did not have a good experience at chili's either:

it was valentines day and my girlfriend and i went to ft wayne for the night. we go to olive garden and its a 67 minute wait and we were both starving so she wanted to go somewhere else. so we went to chili's where it was only a 15 min wait. anyway we order our food, waitress doesnt even give us any refills. we both ordered our meal and i got a steak and she got chicken fingers. chicken fingers tasted like fish and the waitress forgot about my girlfriends corn on the cob. i told her at the beginning of the meal that we wanted dessert and i told her which one. so we are finished and this lady takes forever to get to our table and she puts the bill down. i was like excuse me miss but where is our dessert and she was like what dessert? i said the dessert i ordered, she totally forgot about it. then she dropped the dessert....so she had to go make a new one....not a very good night there.
