if he wants a truck tell him to get an Isuzu Hombre! They are basically the same as an s10 but are cheap as hell because no one buys isuzu, they have the iron duke 2.2 which is fairly reliable and will get 30+ easy on the highway, but mid 20's in the city.

 

BTW, I dunno why I forgot to mention, but you can tell your dad to buy my car! I'm currently selling my 2000 Jetta.
