I do. I run, and work out everyday in the morning. Well, I work out at night, but I run in the morning. Wait...hmmm...yeah I do
Haha Jk, you're right. Once you start, you get addicted to it. A GOOD drug.[:@]

I don't really run, I tried to use our treadmill last week but it's just too boring for me and I don't really have a reason to do it. I am 16, 5' 4" and weigh 117 so I'm not fat. I have been weight lifting with free weights for a few months but thats about it. The only exercise I do is something that I think that could benefit me, like weight lifting helps because I can work on my car easier and not need help with bolts and crawling around in tight places and getting tired. If you look at my profile there is a distorted picture of me then you can tell that I'm some little thing, (Most ppl think that I am a Freshmen but I'm a Junior.)so I need all the working out I can get. I'm trying to do a lot of crunches to lose a little fat on my stomach and get a 6 packbut I'm just so damn lazy. LOLRunning doesn't help me because I never have to run so theres not much of a reason to do it. I might do like Moogly said and run a little beforeand after I lift so I get my heart rate up.

Well i have minor asthma anyway, the things that only really make it act up are running, and cold weather.
Sounds like me. I have cold induced asthma.
