Weird Question but oh well. I am moving to Calgary in 4 days starting tommorow. I was going there to go to 1st year millwright apprenticeship school, and I was also previously a machinist and im in my 2nd of apprenticeship in that trade. I am planning on moving out of home and staying in Calgary as it is very nice large city. My friend that I went to machinist school with said he can get me a job if I want so, I ended up paying 750 bones for this school that may be useless and its non refundable. I was just curious if anyone else has ever lost a large or small some of $$ on something and couldn't recooperate it? Any story or similar experience I am interested in reading/hearing, thanks.
