Yes, actually. There have been cases where people knowingly have aids or HIV and pass it along. I cant remember what its called. pre-murder is another word for it, i know that much.

I'm not a religious person, but he has my and my family's thoughts and prayers. I hope the guy that did this gets the hardest sentence the law can throw at him. Not death, but something that'll drag out his life and make him go mentally insane.

You guys are right... The HIV/AIDS virus can't live more than a couple of seconds outside of a human body, so if that blade was out for more than a few minutes, your brother should be ok. I really hope that is the case.
