There is a law for designed for this situation, and all other STDs, especially those that can be fatal. Like the others are saying, many viruses including HIV don't survive long in open air. Though possible, the chance is very unlikely. It's funny how two persons differences become so petty once they realize each others humanity in face of struggle. I am sorry for your brother, and have the utmost respect for him as an officer of the law.

Guys, they found out today they can't force him to do blood tests because he doesn't have any warrants out or something like that, so my brother now is another step closer to having to wait the full six months to find results[:@]
