That is pretty damn funny.

The guy who used to change my oil (before I had a garage) was like that. He was ranting about nitrous or some ****, so I used the terms "n/a" and "forced induction" in the same sentence and got the deer in the headlights look.

 

it kills me when i talk about cars and i get that deer in the headlights look...like even when i talk about catbacks and stuff. because i swear i was car savvy enough to at least know what catbacks were when i was like 7.

haha i get the deer in the headlights look with my roomate, he's a rich boy with no car knowledge at all, I don't even think he would know what an engine is if it wasn't such a crucial part. Anyways my cars Fuel Pressure Regulator is messing up and i was (well still am because of confusion with the company) waiting for the part to arrive in the mail. So we were driving along and he was like "whats wrong with your car? it seems fine" so i said "oh, my fuel pressure regulator is going out" and he says "whats that?" haha. So i look at him and explain that it "REGULATES the pressure of the fuel" (and i throw in some other very simple things) and he looks at me and tells me i'm speaking in another language. lmao how stupid can you be just rearrange the words fuel pressure regulator and you got what it does ... it REGULATES FUEL PRESSURE!!! I thought it was pretty hilarious how clueless the kid was.

 

bawhahahahahahahaha you should have ask him that you have a ford nova with 900 hp to the wheels oh i couldn't resist a flux capacitor

Someone should rig something that looks like a flux capacitor in their car and take it to the local car hangout and show all the ricers it hahahaha and then when they ask you to show them just tell them some bulls*** like you don't have any uranium to power it ... now that would be funny

Me too. A kid I knew claimed he had a friend with a civic that ran a 5 sec flat quater. Lol, he had "seen it himself" too.
