Wow, this would be a good submission for the HCF Rice section that we don't have. I found this little gem while on patrol and had to stop for pics. And yes, it is spray painted outside AND inside. What a waste of a 6th gen Accord.

 

Good lord that thing is ugly! I hope they don't ever plan on selling it because I doubt anyone would buy that poor car.

I don't see what the big deal is. At least whoever drives this has the ***** to do so and this does not fit the definition of rice at all. I'd personally give the driver of this a thumbs up.
