I havea alltell camera phone I got a couple days ago.My question is what is the cheapest way to get pics from the phone to my laptop?At wal-mart I saw a memory card for my phone then a usb card reader is this the cheapest way to transfer pics I am a newbie to the camera phone thing.

 

What phone do you have? If it has a mini usb connector you should be able to connect it to your pc and tranfer the files that way. If you can email with your phone you can just email them to yourself.

 

yea, you can just send them to your e-mail through a text message, just type in your e-mail address instead of a number.

 

i have a sony erricson, that i just got, and i have a usb cable that plugs into where the charger gets plugged into.....
then i select file transfer from my phone, select the pics, and voila

 

I have the Motorola E815 cell phone if that helps.

 

Yeah should be able to text them to your email or buy a usb cable for it online.. found some for only a few bucks on froogle... if it didn't come with one.

www.froogle.com ? Really not difficult, just search for the phone model and add usb cable. Dunno where you'd wanna buy it from. Could prolly get one from ebay too. Can't have everyone holding your hand your whole life.
