if you do anything then cross boarders, or cross boarders to do something...its a federal offense. see here in michigan...almost all fireworks are illegal. anything that makes a loud report, is destructive at all, or becomes airborne is illegal. a ton of people cross the boarder to indiana to buy illegal fireworks and launch them in michigan. it happens all the time so nobody bothers to bust anybody for it...but its still technically a federal offense.

ps misdemeanors dont become federal offenses unless its with substances.

i am not saying its a good idea, but my oldest bro got married when he was 16 and they were married for 24 years. they were never really happy because of certain circumstances, but they loved each other. sadly they got divorced last year because the just couldn't work out the little problems
