I am driving home from a poker club tonite, and going very slow down a road that merges onto the highway. I go slow cuz the road is chock full of potholes the size of Guam, and i hit one in my nissan, shredding the tire.







Im being so super careful to miss em all and then BOOM i NAIL one real hard. Pull over, front right tire is F$ucked. Im so lucky cuz now i get to pay for a new one! Im going to go take pics and write the mayor a letter. The road has been like this for Years, i want $$$ for my damn rubber.

 

I wouldn't write that in your letter to the mayor.

 

Hell yeah man do a good write up! There was just talk of this type of thing not too long ago, and it sounds like whoever it happened to ended up getting a couple brand new wheels. Good luck!

 

i hope it works, if anything like that happend to me i sure would because roads get pretty bad here in the winter with potholes and they try to fix them up in the summer but its still crappy....but just hope he dosent read it, and throw it out

 

a friend of mine lives in grand rapids, and he ruined a brand new rim because the road crew didnt level the meeting point of old and new roadway, and they boguht him a new rim.

 

And who was responsible for R&R of the tire, valve stem, and balancing?
