So why would a dude that gets out of his car like he wants to fight that is ooo say atleast 6'3 230+ grab a lug wrench out of the back of his car? I mean are people really that bitch made anymore? I went had lunch with the chick I talked about in the other thread and drop her back off at work and her ex boyfreind has sat in the parking lot and watched me pick her up then waited till I got back. I walked her into the store then went back to my car and he is parked in the same row about 4/5 spaces closer to the store. He rolls down his window and says F**K YOU to me. I just glanced over and kept walking not thinking it was intended for me because I did not even know what he looked like plus I mean how often do you get something like that out of nowhere. He said it again and I looked hard that time and he flipped me off. So I started walking toward his car. He jumped out like a bad ***, I guess he thought his size would scare me but I kept walking. Then he grabbed the lug wrench through his back window.

I did stop then lol. I mean I got ***** but I am not stupid. We stared at eachother for a good 10 seconds. Then I cracked a half assed grin. I said to him in a joking voice "hey man hang on, check this **** out" I went back to my car and opened the door, reached to the right side of the drivers seat and pulled my 380 out. Backed up and closed my drivers door and walked back toward him. Never pointed it at him but I did pull the hammer back and let a shell discharge and hit the parking lot to let him know there was one in the chamber. He didn't say anything but you should have seen the look on his face lmao. He started getting back in his car and I said hey man where ya going. I was around 10 feet from the front passenger headlight. The only thing I could think to do was just get this real puzzled look on my face like I didn't understand why he was leaving lol.

So this brings me to my other question. Should I worry about this dude coming up on me blind siding me with a cheap shot because he is a big dude.

 

Check to make sure that your actions were legal in that state and town. If so, file a report with the police. Check the laws again to see if it's legal for you to carry a tazer at all times. If it is, learn your local laws regarding legal use of force and add one to your daily arsenal. If the guy ever attempts to do anything to you, you'll be WAY more likely to have him by the *****. If you end up having to taze this guy, it will look REALLY good in court that you already had firearms during your first encounter, but bought a tazer afterwards so that you would have less-lethal means of defense if he repeated a threatening encounter.

Don't even worry about it man. Seems people are just programmed to go for a weapon anymore. Even if you do fight and win they're likely to bring back like 10 of thier friends and jump you. People just can't take a proper beatdown. Oh well.

lol marty i feel your pain. my girlfriends ex came and tryed to sucker punch me at a party. It happened so fast i didn't know what happened till i was on the floor and he was ontop of me. I ended up with i fat lip because i hit the couch. Even though i didn't know what was going somehow i saw him coming ("don't remember seeing him") when he swong i moved my face he grazed some hairs. I flip over the couch and hes ontop of me trying to hit me. This guy is about the size of marty's guy but add 50 pounds. anyways i grabbed his thumb so if he tryed to punch me i would push my hands forward as hard as possible and break both of his thumbs. But don't worry we got your back.

I hope for your sake that it doesn't lead to legal trouble for you.

Also, if he gets the drop on you in a future confrontation, would you want him possibly taking a handgun off of you, or a tazer. If he aquires your tazer, he's less likely to kill you with it than if he aquires a handgun.

 

Wow... I dono if I'd want to **** with a guy that carry's around hand guns. I think you got your point accross when you let one go in the parking lot. To be honest, I'd get your conceiled wepon license, if at all possible, and just carry around a hand gun at all times. It wouldn't hurt. I don't think this guy wants to fight or mess with you, seems to me like he just wanted to scare you off. First thing I'd do is tell this girl you're seeing to tell him that she doesn't want anything to do with him. Maybe then he'll understand and leave you alone.

 

I'd make a sex tape and send it to him, then wait for him to break in my house so I can legally stomp a mudhole in his ***.
