sounds like ur just bored.... i would just buy a router and afew guide tools then you have all you need....
the router bits probably cost the most.

Chris, I wanna see how you can make repeatable parts by hand... plus I'm lazy as hell, so I want something to do the work for me. And buying a CNC router is not something I'm willing to invest money in... it costs waaaay too much.
