I have a radar detector, but he shot it on me right time he got in front of me.

375 is a small price to pay to stay out of bars and still be able to legally drive

I would contest it if I were you. They will usually give you a little break if you come up with some legitimate things to say in your defense. I contested my reckless ticket and got off with a reduced fine and reduced points

Its always best to contest a ticket no matter how small or large it is.. It also shows your insurance company that you arent admitting fault.
