I would say you might wanna invest some cash in diagrams, schematics, and manuals. I mean a grand there will save alot of trouble in the long run, or you could just buy manuals for things as needed. So some dude comes in with a caddy, and wants a custom exhaust and some engine mods, you can go online and snag a manual overnight, get all the info you might need before you set the appt. Just a random thought. That and insurance! Insurance is the stuff, especially for a business. Good coverage will bail you out of almost anything, and protect your investments.

And no I am not an insurance salseman, although i have been sought out by several agencies to become one.. Thats what you get when you post your resume' online.

Yeah, I am gonna get insurance through my Uncle. He works for statefarm or something like that. But yes, I agree. Good insurance is worth a fat girls weight in gold. And for the manuals, I am getting a copy of the software they use at my school. It has photos, diagrams, schematics. EVERYTHING!!! Plus it will run in Win XP just fine. LOL

$85 an hr for welding is expensive. I get it done in NJ for 65-70 an hr. Remember, competetive pricing will get you more business.

I know it seems expensive but I am doing really specialized stuff. Big time dangerous, like fuel tanks and stuff. You get to charge more for that stuff. Cuz you can get blowd up!!! LOL
