yeah, I drove an STi for like 5 minutes and fell in love with it... hard to believe but the car is only an inch longer than my Civic. Seems like it should be bigger, but it's not.

A FMIC is so much more efficient than a top mounted........there is constantly large amounts of air moving thru em........

 

be careful dood. I've seen tons of pictures of disintegrated EVOs that were wrecked by noobie drivers.

WRXs have slower steering which helps, but not much...

too much power + lead foot + no driver experience = headstones for everybody.

Ill vouche for byers on this one. I already know two kids that have smashed thier cars b/c their parents have more money than they had brains. One of the kids is six feet under. The other one totaled his car, walked away unhurt. So watch out with the racing, keep it on the track. I know this kid that got an Evo like 3 weeks ago and is already racing people. I'm waitin to see when he totals it.

 

Amen to that. I have a buddy who lost his uncle that way. he was in another car when a $***head driver nailed em in one of those VR-4 3KGTs.

 

The kid i was refferring to did a similar thing. He nailed this guy that was driving a van at 90+ MPH, neither driver survived.

 

that's partly the reason i got rid of my WRX.

too much stop-light dancing with mustangs. plus paying for premium gas was a muddabeetch...

but AWD rools!!1

I've heard that from a bunch of ppl about the STI. The STI was pretty bad lookin before, not its jus hideous.
