Hey i had this problem in both shoulders.. but i have previous injuries... dislocated should 4 times on my left.. i would go see a doctor becasue they have this easy workout thing that they give you that strengthens th shoulder back up and mine went away pretty quick.

I was lifting earlier this week and my shoulders were hurting like hell after words. It hurt when I moved my arm. I put some bengay in the evening and it was fine after like 30 min. If you think you have a joint problem, Bengay probably won't do any good since I think its more for muscle problems than joint pains. Are you using proper form while lifting? I know you can get injured badly if you don't do exercises correctly, or you are lifting too much weight and you aren't able to lift it properly. Advil might also help for the pain. If its really bothering you, I'd consider seeing a doctor.
