Default Question About Halo Headlights

I bought a 95' Honda Civic with one piece halos already in it. For some reason the headlights are always on bright. When I hit the switch it only cuts the right low beam on and off. The left low beam never comes on. I tried messin with the wiring and had it fixed but it just started doin it again. Does anybody have any idea what's goin on or what I can do about it???

Thanks...

Sounds like it was shorted on one side , now it's miswired. Put it back like it was and look for two wires shorted together.

But it's been doin that since I got it. How do I address the problem about the highs always bein on and the lows bein controlled by the switch on the steering column?

Hard to say without looking at it.....maybe you didn't miswire it yourself but it sure sounds like somebody has been monkeying with it.
Make sure you have the right headlights then get a haynes or chiltons repair guide. That will have a wiring diagram so you can see what's going on.
