They will cite you for an engine swap too!!! i kno all the stuff that goes on my car is CARB exempt. even in CA
That's nice, but I know for a fact that if you don't pass smog on your next test the mods gotta come off or be modified professionally to meet the standard.

my carb exempt parts are in the mail. hopefully ill soon join the B.A.R club. and ive made up my mind. no more racing on the streets, at all. if they are going to harass people for modding their cars because of street racing, im going to do everything I can to be part of the solution, instead of part of the problem.

yeah, but its not just the stupid ones that get busted. even if youre careful, there can always be a cop around the next corner. and its all the people getting caught that raise awareness of the problem.

They could have used that 5 million dollars to build a track that would be run by the city and funded by donations. I'm sure that if a track was availible to just goto when ever. that would cut down on illegel racing. But alot of politicians just see street racing citations as dollar signs for the city which means more money for them.
