Default Relocating

I have moved once before from Detriot to South Carolina when i was 7.Now a company has bought out my Moms company and she wishes not to join the new company. So My Mom,Dad and I are all moving to Illinois to be closer to my sister and brother-inlaw niece and nephew. We found a 4 bedroom house with a garage and stuff pretty cheap. So we will be moving in on the 22nd of Jan.I am very nervous about the move but I am excited about the new adventure. The 3 of us will not have jobs when we get up there but my Dad is looking in to starting up again our auto repair bussiness. We have so much stuff it will takes till then to get from here to there.Has any relocated lately if so how was it?Did it seem pretty easy to adjust.I now live in a Military town with 3 bases so its pretty big but the new city we are moving to is so small.

In the past couple years I've up and moved to a new place a couple times. It's never as bad as you think it is. I understand being nervious... I was even nervious moving to San Diego where I had a good job and everything lined up.

You'll do fine, you'll meet new people and everything, it just takes a bit to get settled in. Good luck with everything.

Moving sucks ***... i hate it, the disorganization of packing/unpacking, the actual move itself. having to find a new job.. i honestly don't see one plus side of it[:'(]

^ if you already have a new job then that alevates some of the hassle. but yes making $20 more would be nice, but i have never come accross that situation myself

The good thing is my bedroom has 3 doors ,1 to the outside cool cause I smoke2nd to the bathroom and the last to the living room. The house isnt in the best shape but we are just renting it.The funny thing is the town so small that the Dairy Queen sells certian ice cream on certain days of the week.
