I nailed her due to her being a moron! But I didn't hit her because I thought she was a moron...I figured out she was one as I slammed my feet into the pedals and ripped on my E-brake!!!

As for the ticket, neither of us got one, so she can go to the county prosecutor and take me to court if she chooses to do so. I was polite the whole time before and after the cop left. Apologized for hitting her (and secretly for her being allowed to drive a motor vehicle.) so I don't know if she'll come after me. If so, oh well.

But I think I'll have to make this a yearly thing. Every birthday I'm gonna go out and smash up a domestic! Kind of funny when my gf tells me that is one present she could never give me

 

I know it's a little late, but I just found out from my insurance company that I was not at fault cuz her story didn't make any sense, and mine did. Reward for telling the truth and backing it up with pics and details!!!

No, the whole thing's over. The investigation found her at fault, so I don't pay nothin' and I don't have anything more to do with her or the accident.
