Alright Mossy..... I'll admit, I had a smoke shortly after we talked, on my way home from work. That was at 3:45 yesterday. Since then I've been smoke free..

i snuck one in before class today, but thats it. i'm goin to see if i can hold out the rest of the day and maybe the weekend. so we're still pretty even

 

right on.. I'm doing fairly well, but thats probably because I took the day off and am just chillin at home by myself tho. Its nice having no one to **** you off.

that is absolutely 100% true

forty, i've made it through most the day without one now. after class i got in my car and popped one in my mouth out of instinct, but luckily i caught myself before i lit it up. now lets see if i can restrain myself from having one if i go drinking this weekend (thats going to be tough [&:])

 

Moss, forty, DD here... two days and counting. THe first night was bad, but I am doin great right now. Thanks for the inspiration.

haha good to hear man, keep it up! i think i'm going on 3 days now without one. to be fair i've got sores in the back of my throat still from being sick, so i can't have one or it would really irritate my throat. but hey, at least its helping me not to have any
