I was talking about this with a couple people at work today. It seems to be the big topic on a couple of forums I'm on as well. The question arose if Spears' boyfriend will be arrested for statuatory.

I don't think the father with get statutory because he will have to work (aka get $$ from mommy and daddy) and support the child, I mean, baby.

 

Statutory rape depends on what her parents want. He is over 18 and she is under 18, the parents would have to press charges in order for him to get the charge.

His best bet would to take her ice skating, maybe she will fall.....
