Watch the movie Super size me where the guy eats nothing but Mcdonalds for like a month and almost seriously dies. It's a crazy documentary and really gross......... think that stoped me from going to Md's hell no I just go there alot less.

yea i watched SuperSize me, and all it did was make me watch a big mac and fries 
it was a really good documentary, really eye opening ,and its not like i eat it everyday or nothin
