Wanna know how teh gubment can watch you?
yeah the cell phone companies can triangulate your position given the connection you are having with the nearest towers. there are only two circumstances that anyone can use this to pinpoint where you are:
1. Life or death situation.
2. You have a warrant for your arrest.

that is the only way to be tracked. And roto being monitored is a totally different story
