Are you ready for a zombie apocalypse?
Here's the problem with shotguns. Unless it's one of these:

There's too much down-time reloading and you'll be reloading too often.
Oh, and to add to my list, something chambered in .22LR. It occurred to me last night that a .22 has enough power to penetrate, but not enough power to exit, meaning it uses whatever energy it has after entry ricocheting around inside the body. It's perfect for a zombie killer; as long as you get some kind of head shot, the brain is destroyed (unless you really suck at life).

Robin Hood: Men in Tights, Young Frankenstein. Great director and a pretty funny actor, too. I love me some Mel Brooks' movies.
