I have a 00 Civic LX. I just finished putting in a used motor w/ 100k miles. Today was the day I'm finally ready to start it, verified everything is hooked up that I can see. Went to start and it only cranks. I know it is getting fuel, I can smell it and see it on the plugs. Timing appears right (dizzy is on 1 while at TDC on compression stroke). I believe I'm not getting spark (tried pulling plug and putting by metal while cranking=no visible spark). I have no idea what is causing it to not spark. Any help? I will try to provide as much info as I can.
