02 Civic Coupe QUESTION
new to this forum.. sup guys.. anyways... im more computer savvy rather than car savvy..so not the smartest when it comes to cars ...
brought my car down too the dealership where i have my warranty... they said it needs a CAT and struts ... i guess CATS are only covered the first 80k miles... mine currently has 99k ... was just curious if any1 could give me a ball park estimate of how much i could get a decent CAT for brand new... compared too a decent one from a junkyard ...and have it installed.. looking for prices really..
few of my buddies said CATS arent hard to install .. and how about struts... is that a big buck too ? to buy/install
little rundown--> bought the car with 78k miles... ebay headers/exhaust came with it.. thank GOD i had the warranty... TRANNI droped .... front bearings and some other **** went on it ... now the CAT and struts there saying ... so i bassicly bought a LEMON
... but it was my first car and o well.. w.e ... any help guys i would appreciate it

struts are about 100 a peice for stock ones at autozone and if u have a friend that is semi car savvy then it shouldnt be a problem because u shouldnt need a spring compressor if u need a new one. and a cat can be from 100 from autozone to 230. and that shouldnt be to hard to install
