06 Civic Gauges inop

I Am in need of some help
2006 Civic
Gauges inoperative, no communication with scan tool
Shift indicator dead

Tach Speedo inop
Tried another dash same condition

so the car doesn't run ??? i ask because if the scan tool does not communicate with the ECU that usually indicates a bad ECU.

The Vehicle runs fine
no drivability just gauges dead
Speedo inop and no scan tool communication

Plugged in known good ECU same condition
