1989 civic no start

So u got spark, fuel at filter not just coming out to the intake.

Maybe the fuel pressure regulator.

Correct, and the FPR is was my guess as well. I pulled the upper intake apart tonight and cleaned everything, but still no go. I'm headed to the scrap yard tomorrow to see if I can pull a few parts, if I can I'll grab a whole new UI and hopefully this gets the car running.

Got a whole new throttle body and upper intake today, slapped it on and the car still won't fire. Only thing I can see at this point is an electronic issue that's not letting the injectors function. Anybody have a wiring diagram or any other suggestions?

have you try to unplug the injector from the intake and turn on ignition and see if one or all injector are working??

Both injectors are presenting resistance within spec according to the Haynes manual I picked up, 1.4 ohms on the main and 8.6 ohms on the auxiliary. Also bought a junk yard ECU and still no start. I've got the feeling this is going to wind up being something simple and stupid, I just can't figure out what it is for the life of me.
