1989 civic no start
Correct, and the FPR is was my guess as well. I pulled the upper intake apart tonight and cleaned everything, but still no go. I'm headed to the scrap yard tomorrow to see if I can pull a few parts, if I can I'll grab a whole new UI and hopefully this gets the car running.
Got a whole new throttle body and upper intake today, slapped it on and the car still won't fire. Only thing I can see at this point is an electronic issue that's not letting the injectors function. Anybody have a wiring diagram or any other suggestions?
Both injectors are presenting resistance within spec according to the Haynes manual I picked up, 1.4 ohms on the main and 8.6 ohms on the auxiliary. Also bought a junk yard ECU and still no start. I've got the feeling this is going to wind up being something simple and stupid, I just can't figure out what it is for the life of me.
