Default 1991 civic front corner light stay on..!?

Recently my passenger side corner light stay on when car is off and light is still on, but the current to the light are low cuz it is dim and sometime fluctuate on brightness.. I know it must be short somewhere..

Anyone has this issue before.. and is there a relay for this somewhere on the car ??

I have a wiring diagram at home for this year. Let me take a peek at it when I get home and if I see anything that stands out as a possible problem I will post back here. Since I believe that light is used for both turn signal and emergency flashers I am suspecting a problem with the signal flasher. When you intentionally turn on the right turn signal or emergency lights, does it operate properly?

Light function fine. It doesn't stay on all the time. But if it does the brightness vary. Like the voltage is inconsistent.

I since have taken out the bulb.
